Loraine Velez was very helpful during the multiple tours. The application process was smooth. I have been living here for a little over a month. I really like my apartment. I have a great view! The maintenance frequently cleans the common areas. The dumpsters overfill often, but the maintenance picks up the trash seemingly every other day. Also, thanks to the management team for the holiday event. Overall, I am really happy with my apartment selection.
