Cute starter apartment

The View is a very cute place to live when you first move to Philly. The apartments are small, and fairly soundproof and the location is very nice, but not a place I would live for long term. It's a little weird having the view from my window going into people's back yards, but I feel incredibly safe living in the building and even walking around at night.
