The building is extremely close to the UPenn campus

The property is in a great location, and is a very nice building. Maintenance is responsive and generally resolves problems quickly. Dealing with leasing and lease renewals is inordinately difficult, however. We have to constantly repeat details, and begged for the lease month application for months, only to be told once we finally received it that the apartment was going to be showed to other people. This was only cleared up with repeated contact from the members of my apartment. Everything takes multiple emails and phone calls.

Parking: Do we get parking with our apartment? Please let us know. Amenities: Our apartment is beautiful, especially the kitchen! However, the dryer breaks all the time and the dishwasher is very loud. Maintenance: Maintenance is ok. Our dryer door keeps breaking even after maintenance comes to fix it. Also our main floor window does not close properly (it's somewhat crooked) and we can't open the bars to even get to our window downstairs in the basement floor. Staff: Super nice staff, especially Paidraig! Value: We love our apartment, great value! Location: Great location! Right near Penn's campus! Noise: Pretty moderate noise since it's on a side street.
