PMC - 222 Rittenhouse

The location is perfect. The building is old, and something always requires attention ... plumbing, elevators, electrical. The front desk staff are delightful, and the central office staff are helpful. The apartments with terraces are very special. And the property is a great value.

Very expensive apartment complex, though this is Rittenhouse Square. No longer replace garbage disposals. Elevators often go on the fritz. (There are 3 elevators, but often 1 or more goes out.).

Havent moved in yet, but the PMC staff is quite unrespsive with lease details and questions.

All three elevators in the buiksinf have not worked at the same fime for an entire week since i have moved in. The middle elevator hasnt currently worked for over a month and they just seem to have given up on it. Last time they turned the water off for almost an entire day they emailed us at about seven am about it so if you didnt check your email right when you woke up you were screwed for the day. For a management companh thst has so many huilsing its shocking at what a poor job they do.
