Nice on the outside

Beautiful views, but our packages are always lost by Fetch, staff largely unfriendly and do literally nothing (only block our approved guests from coming in). Would move asap if moving weren't so expensive

additional charges add up. bad additional service quality

The monthly "common area electricity" come up to an additional $60 a month. On top of that the building uses a compulsory package management service which is another $20 a month. This would be ok if the package management service "fetch" was any good, but its pretty bad. They don't handle perishable deliveries correctly and they leave your packages outside the wrong apartments. Lastly the building also has a tie up with a cleaning service called Amenity. This is also very bad. They charge a lot but mostly just spread the dirt around the apartment. Lastly the sound insulation between apartments is bad. I can hear my neighbor talking! Just talking! I cant even ask them to keep it down as it isn't them but the bad insulation.
