I have lived in several apartments, and the location of this one is by far the best. Unfortunately, the maintenance service is extremely poor—requests to fix issues have sometimes been left unresolved for days or even months. While the on-site staff are friendly, the office staff come across as arrogant and difficult to work with. For these reasons, I would not recommend this property to friends.

Not Great

Mid-level in several categories, lackluster in too many, and excellent in none. - Endless maintenance requests and oddities - The building is overly matured in ways that need to be upgraded. I have lived in several pre-War building and have never had to submit more maintenance requests than here. - Related to the above, there seems to be consistently one of the three elevators randomly out of service - Lack of safe and private area for packages - There has to be a better way to store packages than randomly around the seating and dolly in the lobby. It makes the lobby look chaotic and literally anyone passing can observe which vendors the residents shop.
