This is in an ideal location but poor management and maintenance. Elevator broken multiple times. The garbage room is not adequate for the number of people in the building and makes the lobby smell. A lot of people moved out. Building cleaning is sporadic and not on routine schedule. Windows do not open more than 6 inches so not much of fresh breeze. A lot of newer buildings within a 3 block radius are around the same price but offer actual amenities.

Maintenace is not quick either is fhe emergency line if you get locked out. The lobby smells like trash pretty consistently. It would be great if they opened up the roof to residents instead of “renting” it out and put a small gym in the basement. I do love the location

6 months into a 12 month lease. So far so good. The good: A few minor maintenance issues in the unit were fixed very quickly! location is right by the Berks El station. Apartments are well designed and decently spacious for the money. windows are very soundproof. The bad: The trash room consistently stinks up the entrance hall. The elevator has frequent maintenance issues. construction on surrounding buildings causes frequent sidewalk obstruction (not landlords fault).

You dont hear your neighbors which is a huge plus. Very affordable living. Mantince is always in a timley maner when needed. Building manager answers all questions quickly. Highly recommend

Location is great for walking and transportation but all the new buildings are now blocking whatever views you might have had. Building is not cleaned on a regular schedule. You have to pay extra to have roof access because there are decks you can rent. No recycling. Building manager is responsive and nice. No noise complaints.

Maintenance has always been on point and the apartment layouts are excellent. Inside of building is kept clean. Sidewalk area does have a trash problem from the neighbors.
