1726 ridge was a great living space- for the most part. Large overall space, amazing master bedroom (and second bedroom), phenomenal roof deck, value is great. Important to note: you’re living on top of a party venue. A venue that frequently all throughout the year will blast music that pours into the apartment. It is noticeable and the noise is substantial. We wound up being fine with this, but to some this is a very important detail.
