We have only been living here for a few months but we are absolutely thrilled with the value, and management of this place. The management is helpful and attentive- rare to find a group that actually cares about its own tenants once the lease is signed. We hope to be here for a long time!

Beautiful houses with great lighting and tons of space. Good outdoor areas with the balconies and huge roof top deck. Parking situation is great too and even street parking isnt as bad as other parts of the city. Nancy and the staff are great; super responsive and helpful with even small stuff. Well worth the money.

We live in a great location with easy access to places to eat, convenience, and grocery stores. Although the location is great, it can sometimes be busy as it is off a main street. The structure of the property is brand new and very robust so there's not that much noise. However, this makes the parking on the street extremely difficult. There are small amenities with our apartment like snow removal and landscaping. Overall, I am pleased with the property.
