You get what you pay for

My experience at 1300 Chestnut on the second floor was OK. It was quite noisy outside so if i were to rent again, I’d live on a higher floor. Staff was generally helpful and maintenance often fixed issues.

Great location, excellent value

I really like it here, the price is great and the location is even better. I wish we had a nice rooftop or a pool or something, but I know a pool would be quite difficult. Packages have gotten better, it seems like the team working the front desk has become more organized. Maintenance has been very responsive and attentive, Thanks Mike!

1300 Chestnut Move-In Review

The location and amenities are really nice, especially the view from inside the unit and from outside of the exit balcony. However, the noise can be a bit distracting, and parking was a hassle when we tried to move in our belongings. We were told there was a freight elevator available toward the back of the building, but there was no access. Front desk security at the Adelphi house provided great service, but unfortunately, maintenance wasn't much of any help regarding the freight elevator. We were forced to squeeze our belongings inside the building's elevators, which caused some damage to precious goods and furniture.
