The Willows At Manor Heights

I have lived here for almost 10 years, if not longer. I previously moved to Florida but decided to come back because my children grew up in this neighborhood and attended the local schools. Now that two of my three children have moved out, I would like to downsize from a three-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom, but I do not want to move anywhere else because I truly enjoy living here. This community is very family-oriented, peaceful, and respectful. Neighbors are considerate of one another, and it is rare to experience issues such as loud music or disturbances. I would highly recommend this community to families looking for a quiet and welcoming place to live. There are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. I would love to see more community involvement from management and maintenance, such as family events, live music, games for children, and summer activities utilizing the community room. These types of events could help bring residents together and provide support for families, especially single parents. Communication could also be improved. Most communication seems to occur only when rent is late or when maintenance needs to enter an apartment. At times, notices have been placed on the wrong, which can cause confusion. Better communication and more resident engagement would make an already good community even better. And we can all respect each other. and take our situation seriously and talk to us with respect One thing I appreciate is that neighbors in my area work together to help keep the community clean and welcoming. There is a strong sense of respect and cooperation among residents. Overall, I am grateful to live here and hope to remain part of this community for many years to come.

Most days theres noone in the office or new property managers that come and go. I dont see the maintenance man
