Everything is great here except for the amazingly selfish people who blast their music and the one guy who smokes pot inside his apartment. Comes straight up. Maintenance is 10 out of 10!!!!

3 years. They have upgraded quite a few thigs. Carpets in common area, paintiung iin hallways, new bettger soundproofed doors. Still noisy though. Outdoors--well there is a hospital two blocks away. Its a big plus, and a minus when tghe ambulance arrives. But on balance......

Overall, towne house apartments is clean, affordable and convenient. The apartment complex lacks in unit laundry, a gym, and other amenities, but overall given location and cost the complex is worth it

The best thing about this apartment is its location. It is within walking distance of downtown and is in general in a nice area. Recent renovations have spiffed up the building as well. My one complaint is that it's close to the hospital and subject to ambulance noises.
