Convenient in lancaster

Overall, towne house apartments is clean, affordable and convenient. The apartment complex lacks in unit laundry, a gym, and other amenities, but overall given location and cost the complex is worth it

Nice apartment in a nice area.

The best thing about this apartment is its location. It is within walking distance of downtown and is in general in a nice area. Recent renovations have spiffed up the building as well. My one complaint is that it's close to the hospital and subject to ambulance noises.

As Central in Lancaster as You Could Get,

O wanted a wood floor, a nice BIG wood floor where I could put a big oriental carpet I hadn't seen in 20 years. Got it. And more. I am 2 short blocks awesome healthcare, three blocks from a baseball stadium and its AAA league-leading ball team. Less than a mile away are two well-equipped libraries,. I'm walking distance to a sports bar, and the longest continuously operating farmers market in the US. I can jump in my car and in under five minutes be at a Whole Foods, Aldi's a liquor store, or a 24/7 chain drugstore is open and the pharmacy is OPEN all hours. As long as we are talking about being in a car, I'm less than 10 minutes from TWO Retail Outlet aggregations, and less than an hour from King of Prussia Mall -- if you'd rather pay full price. Maintenance lives in the building if ever anything goes awry. Less than 30 minutes away is Hershey Park if you have young ones to entertain. In the winter. Hershey also has good calibre professional hockey. For me, amenities start with high water pressure and hot water for showers, and gas appliances. I walk to work at a space sharing location. Convenience and access are tops at this location where the bus stops at the front door, and an UBER is available in minutes. The Amtrak Station is 5 minutes away, offering scheduled connections to Philadelphia and points East, West, North and South. You can go anywhere in any direction you want and still come back to a place that is dated by many as the best place to retire in the country. If you see the world as your oyster, the market is served by air to DC's Dulles and you can go pretty much anywhere from there. Meanwhile your airport parking is free. What is not to like?

Review of townhouse apartments

I lived here about 2 year now. Its pretty good. Decent price, a 20 min walk from the heart of lancaster, good neighboors, safe, and if you want a garage the price is pretty cheap so you can get guaranteed parking.
