The Mount Joy Senior Apartments are centrally located in Mount Joy, PA in the old Gerberich-Payne Shoe Factory building. The building has 36 apartments and is an affordable senior living facility for residents who are 62 years of age or older. Anyone driving on Main Street through Mount Joy over the last few years have witnessed the building being transformed from an old, abandoned shoe factory into a wonderful community of residents who now call it home!With a bus stop out front, and the Amtrak Station a few blocks away, its location is prime for our residents. Plus, Mount Joy offers a variety of grocery stores, drug stores, and a multitude of restaurants and other shops. Located on Main Street, our residents can watch the annual Memorial Day Parade or the parade of trucks during the Mother's Day Make A Wish convoy.
