I’ve been living in my new apartment for about three weeks now, and I’m really happy with the experience so far. The location is great, it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the community is really nice. From the start, the staff has been exceptional, Destiny and Mikayla were super helpful during the application and move-in process. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance need, the team responded quickly. Even when an issue couldn’t be resolved right away, they were super communicative and are currently working on a replacement. The entire process from applying to settling in has been smooth and straightforward. The property manager is also very responsive and approachable. I really appreciate having that supportive relationship with the team, and I’m looking forward living here for the foreseeable future.

Been a whole year and the dryer still mot fix got rid of the pool so its no where fir the kids to play plus the playground is all broken with sharp edges on the slide

Parking can be a struggle, especially on the weekends. I would love assigned parking. No pool, no fitness center, no real "amenities" other than a dog park where the pool used to be, dishwasher and laundry facilities on each floor, (not in apartment.) Maintenance is wonderful, prompt and courteous. Office staff is good, prompt to return calls and relatively easy to work with. Value: I moved in almost seven years ago, before COVID so pricing was definetly better than current rates. Location is great, close to town but not too close. Noise is a problem, whether it's the neigbors blasting music or cars speeding by blasting music. Kids screaming in the hallways. Inside doors not buffered so they slam shut and shake the whole building.
