Sometimes when we come home there will be no parking, and we have to park in the street, which is ridiculous because we pay for parking! Our cars are registered to our apartment, people who don’t live here or have more than one car, need to be taken care of, so that way the residents who PAY can park.

We’ve lived at Mayfair for 10 years and we have been very happy here! Its never been an issue with requesting service for repairs, etc. and the maintenance crew are very friendly and knowledgeable.
