Gutters need to be fixed and cleaned, Air conditioner and heater do not reach the master bedroom properly, the dishwasher is not working. Other than that everything is great!

They take long to fix problems. They dont give discounts on rent when residents are waiting to get things fixed. They eant residents to still pay on time and full. The gym you cant have access to, the lounge room the tv doesnt work. Its all show
