Satisfied. One thing I don't like is that the elevators never work.And it's always hot, you can't control the temperature

Staff can't speak English well. They do not respond to phone calls. They do not pass on information. Ex: bedbugs in apartment for 2nd time. We were not told that the sofa had to be moved out before second spraying despite daughter talking directly to staff about problem. SEveral weeks with leak above toilet.

This apartment was a Godsend for me. I couldn't afford to live in my house anymore. I moved here on 1/31/24. I like the closeness to the grocery store, CVS, my doctors, etc. I would definitely recommend LHN to anyone who asks me about it. Alex, Giselle and Louis are some of the nicest people I have met. Always friendly and vey helpful.
