Resurfacing needed

The parking lot at 671 South 82nd is full of broken blacktop, there is a hole at the end of the entrance into the parking lot (someone needs to report this to township), there are broken steps, torn carpet on porches, leaks, old wiring, and old furnace/heating and cooling. My electric budget just jumped from $77 to $133/month. My thermostat does not record the temperature accurately. I have been here 25-years and my apartment was not ever upgraded before I moved in. Mr. Ricci moved me in with the understanding that my apartment would be fixed-up as quickly as possible. Mr. Ricci turned things over to his children and that never happened.

Leaves MUCH to be desired

You don't get a lot of bang for your buck. Lack of parking, obnoxious neighbors throwing alcohol fuel parties in the yards of the buildings into the early hours of the morning. Mediocre appliances. Thin walls. No amenities. Poor response time and attitudes from maintenance. For the money, you'll be better off elsewhere.
