I have lived here for going on three years. I like it here very much. The staff is number one, they are always kind courteous and professional. if I ever had an issue it was taken care of right away. The Maintenance men have always responded right away and completed the job at once. They keep up with the ground maintenance very well. I have had compliments from my visitors on how well the grounds are kept. My building is is quiet for the most part, but when you live in an apartment you need to except noise from time to time. Now we do not have a pool or gym but I feel we get a big bang for our buck. Thank you Twin Lakes

The rent goes up all the time. So far I’ve been here 3 years and rent went up 3 times. There’s no amenities. No park for kids to play or places for them to ride bikes just grass. No pool. Nowhere to cook on a grill etc. Just nothing here to make staying home worthwhile. I plan to move soon.
