Posting signs withe Rules for dog behavior on the property

The property is "evolving" into a rental property that is becoming overrun with dogs. There's a dog park that is relatively underused by dog owners who seem to prefer the gazebo park or individual tenant front yards to walk their dogs and have them relieve themselves (as evidenced by the "bleached out" spots in the grass throughout the property). Finally, there's no rules and or guidance published with signs posted property-wide by the rental company that address issues relating to dog ownership on the rental property. As an aside, as I was entering the property yesterday, I observed a tenant patiently waiting as his dog was taking a dump in the beautiful flower bed at the entrance and I couldn't help but smile at the irony of that sight.

clean n quiet

recently moved in the grounds are kept clean n its quiet. The only complaint is there are alot of residents who don't clean up after their dogs.
