The quality of the the appliances, counter tops, flooring, lighting etc for the price of the rent is very poor

Great place to live. Deoending which side your buiding is on you feel secluded with the woods. Location is only a 4, next door to apartments where kids just rome freely in the streets. We’re afraid of hitting them. The homes are very close together so you hear a lot. Even dogs continuously barking…from across the other building. All-in-all a gewat place to live and highly recommend.
