This is a really nice apartment complex at a prime location. but the building is old with poor insulation so you will hear your neighbors x10. Truthfully, ive never lived in a place so loud. Louder beyond normal footstep noise

Typical issues with neighbor noise from above, parking is always an issue for me because of the time of day I work. lovation is the key to this complex, the workers here are super friendly too.
