Meredith is great. As for the apartment, there was things within it that were messed up and noted but never fixed such as the flooring being chipped, paint stained on the floor in the bathroom, dry wall messed up, and the flooring under the kitchen cabinets not being complete with spots missing. There is other problems that I would gladly point out if someone wants to come by to speak about it. But nothing was ever done about it. Now that we have been here for over two years, the flooring in the living is coming up and the flooring under the cabinet is getting worse. We have complained twice for it to be fixed, maintenance came out twice and said they would schedule it but it has been months with nothing done. My roommates bathroom ceiling was coming apart and it was “fixed” but seemed as if it was just a patch fix and will continue to happen. The ceilings in other areas of the apartment are also beginning to crack but nothing has been done about that either. We did not have siding on the building for several months after moving in and when the did the siding, the workers left the concrete mix splatter all over the windows. The other problem is the rent payment system. The fact there is no grace period and you get charged immediately even if the system messes up your payment is insane. I have lived here out of convenience for myself because the apartment is livable but will be moving out when my lease is up. If whoever reads this wants to speak further, please reach out.

Not Quite the Luxury Living Advertised

While the location of this apartment complex is great, it falls short when it comes to the true luxury living experience that was promised. The rent is on the higher end, but the maintenance and amenities just don’t justify the price. First off, the gym and dog park are far smaller than expected for a so-called "luxury" complex. The gym is cramped, and the dog park is too small for residents with larger dogs. There's also been ongoing HVAC issues that haven't been properly addressed, which is frustrating for a place that touts itself as high-end. Trash management is another issue—there are only three dumpsters for the entire complex, and they often overflow, which is unsightly and unpleasant. We’ve also had issues with the apartment’s interior paint job; when we moved in, there were obvious cover-ups on the walls that weren’t properly finished, which feels cheap for the price we're paying. Lastly, it's disappointing that even the appliances don't live up to expectations. The fridge doesn't have a water dispenser, which seems like a basic feature in a "luxury" apartment. All in all, it's an "okay" place to live, but for the rent, we expected much more in terms of amenities, maintenance, and overall quality. It’s fine if you’re looking for a place with a good location, but don’t expect the luxurious experience they advertise.
