Good for work, not great for relaxing
It would be great if PMC forbade smoking with apsrtments or enforced when neighbors smoking is entering other apartments. The parking situation downtown is abyssmal and while not the fault of PMC, i wish they could lobby for their residents. Downtown is loud and neighbors can be loud. Very convenient it you want to avoid a commute though!
