We haven't lived here even a month yet but we are extremely happy! It's very quiet and clean for the most part. It being winter, I haven't made it out to view the entire park

We have lived here for 20 + years. For the most part it is nice. The over flow parking lot is usually filled with vehicles that never move and a junk truck. Which leaves little parking when guests are around. There is not much to the park and pavilion. The lot rent increases every year with nothing new to show for the increase. The mail lady yells at you if you try to get your mail while she is there and continues to over stuff your mailbox with your packages. Many packages gave arrived damaged due to that.

I HAVE WRITTEN MANY REVIEWS, SO PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT BECAUSE NOTHING HAS CHANGED, EXCEPT THAT WE NEED SPEED BUMPS ON EVERY STREET. PEOPLE ARE SPEEDING THROUGHOUT OUR TALL OAK COMMUNITY AND SOON SOMEONE IS GOING TO BE KILLED. IN THE ALMOST FIFTEEN YEARS I HAVE LIVED HERE, IT HAS GOTTEN SO BAD WE SHUDDER EACH TIME A SPEEDER DRIVES PAST US. THEY GO BY SO FAST WE CAN'T EVEN YELL TO STOP THEM. PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING BECAUSE SO FAR NOTHING YOU HAVE DONE HAS WORKED.
