For the most part it’s quite living. They are quick and happy to give violations out even when you tell them ahead of time that youll be working on things. The lot rent is high considering the small lots. They raise it on average $50/year. Use to be good if youre on a fixed income but not no longer. Kids have nothing to do here and I’ve seen lot of families have issues with the park management because of it. Beware if you get a property with a tree on it you will be responsible for it even though you lease the lot and didnt plant the tree. Water leaks throughout the park some I’ve seen for years especially on the last road. People do take pride in their houses within their means of living which isnt always up to the park’s expectations. The use of the community center is the biggest plus of living here but could use updating. The roads have always been nice and they redid them and the driveways.
