I been here for a long time. Great parking and very nice staff. I really like my neighbors and the property manager.

Very Happy

I just moved into the apartment and had some problems with the app. The property manager came to my apartment to assist me. This met the world to me because of my handicap. My worker said she didn't have to do that.

Just Moved In

I justed moved in so I really don't know yet. The property was a big help. She moved mountains for me. My neighbor is quite, so I'm happy for now.

Maintenance is the worse

I have lived here for 5 years and never had any issues until they hired this new maintenance person. He starts repairs and do not finish them. But will mark them as complete in the system. After years of paying my rent on rent cafe with no issues I begin to see that they amount due on rent cafe is not my actual amount that is due and in fact it is higher. when I called rent cafe, they say I need to contact the property manager and when I contact the property manager, I'm told that I need to contact rent cafe. Other than that, I am content.
