Great living arrangement for Delco Residents!

I've been at the Hub for over a year and I love it. The units are cozy and well laid out. The facility is modern and has secured access at the front door to get in which makes me feel very safe at night. Laundry is onsite and relatively inexpensive and can be operated on an app so that you don't have to constantly run out to get change. The units are very soundproof. I walk out into the hall and can hear my neighbors watching tv or playing music and as soon as I step pack into my unit and close the door its like it doesn't even exist. The rent is very reasonable and the utilities are bundled in which is nice. The only downside is that Comcast is the only internet provider able to be used at this facility but honestly it's a very small concession. By far the BEST thing about the Hub is the staff. Sam is super nice and personable. Having had a series of bad landlords I can honestly say he's the best I've ever had. He always addresses resident concerns and is easy to get ahold of even for general questions about the facility. The maintenance staff is also amazing. I've put in a ticket on Monday and been told maintenance would be onsite by Wednesday and Derik (our maintenance guy) shows up within an hour of the ticket that same Monday. That kind of service is the rule rather than the exception here at the hub. Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough.
