Not happy at all

Everything in my apartment is starting to fall apart. The neighbor beside me told me years ago there was a storm that hit my apartment bad and they half fixed everything ….. my stairs are crumbling apart. Save your money and just buy a house not worth it.

Staff is unorganized, no public amenities, the noise is great except you can hear everything your neighbors are doing

Very comfortable and peaceful

People in office are flexible and leave you alone for the most part. Very spacious homes and scenic country views. Pet friendly so that's rare in this area. Definitely can call it home here.

5253 Applecross Ave

Chief complaint is the front entrance road looks like a dilapidated access road that is well beyond need of repair. VERY POOR. Detracts from the entire neighborhood. For the price of rent, you would figure it would be pristine. Additionally, on most days, the length of the road looks like a used car lot, because people are subleasing and there are multiple cars to each residence.
