Not bad

For the local area, it's the next best area I've found within the last 2 yrs next to buying my own house. The homes are 6/10 in terms of not being cheap landlord type houses, and the Maintenace people are usually very on it. The only thing that really turns us off is that the rent goes up every year, only making the places affordable for a short time.

Nice quite neighborhood

Ive really enjoyed living here. It’s very peaceful and the neighbors are always friendly! The maintenance men are extremely helpful and quick! The only complaint is the outdated appliances stay the same while rent gets higher every year.
