I really love the area. Some of the amenities could be updated. Overall I give it a 4.9 stars.

The apartments are nice. How ever they are due for updates. It would be nice to have some lighting underneath the cabinets in the kitchen brand new cabinets in general. The neighbors are very noisy. I can hear verbatim every word that they say. I wish you could change your policy to allow for your regular tenants to be able to move to other Apartments, such as moving from the downstairs apartment to the upstairs apartment

I feel very secure living here. I’m not a fan of dogs barking all the time! I have a cat he doesn’t bark all the time. The previous owner wouldn’t allow dogs only cats. Otherwise I love coming home to my apartment.

Buildings aren’t well kept any more. Rent is high for what they actually provide. Repairs are half hearted unless it’s essential.
