Well my experience here has been very good but also it’s downs like for example the owners don’t understand us as rentals people we also don’t have a play ground for kids where they can go play at paying so much money over 4 years and with no type or place where I can take my family at to a enjoy. Nice family time.

Too much for to little

Decent location. Rent is super high compared to houses on the next road over with larger garages, actual yard space and a park as well for children. They do not consider those workind 3rd shift when maintenance needs done.
