the property itself is in a good location, but for the money there should be major upgrades like, new air conditioner, better washer and dryer's... better response in the winter when it snows i do see a lot of improvements since the new office manager got her, she's really sprucing things up but there's still a lot to be do if they want to compete against the newer development across the street
