Trash neighbors who don’t pick up their dogs poop and let their dogs off leash. Raising rent but not raising value. The things you’re adding are done cheaply and have already been broken since installation (door codes). The smoking thing is crazy like how do you control the outside oxygen too? We’re really excited to be able to move out of here, which is unfortunate because we were really excited to live here.

Montium continues to up the price of rent drastically, adding additional fees and forcing residents to pay more for internet. The property isn't properly maintained - grass is knee high before it is mowed. Bushes and plants are overgrown. Snow isn't shoveled until late in the day. Staff come and go. Apartments are old for the rent price.

Rent has went up over 500 dollars in two years. Currently paying money for internet access, that is unnecessary because I already had internet. New management doesn’t seem to care for tenants. I do not even know who my property manager or landlord is.
