Main Line Court

This is an amazing and quiet place to live. Perfectly placed outside the city boundaries and a quick walk to awesome restaurants, hikes, transportation, and other necessities. Maintenance is also incredibly friendly and prompt with helping problems get solved.

From the moment we arrived, Harrison and Richard went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, with every amenity we could want. The space was comfortable, clean, and beautifully large, creating a serene atmosphere. What truly stood out was their genuine kindness and dedication. They clearly take great pride in their work, and it made all the difference. In summary, our stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend Harrison and Richard.

My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half. We were attracted to the beauty of the apartment and the modern kitchen/ open floorplan layout, and the convenient location. It's a great value for technically living in the suburbs yet being right across the street from Manayunk. Staff is always really nice to interact with and helpful. The neighbors are kind and easy - no conflict. Wish some things were easier - for example, the parking pass for the lot can only be used by one pre-designated car, so we can't interchange who parks in the spot we pay for (we each have our own car, but my husband can't park in my spot according to their rule). Appliance repair is kind of on you as the tenant - they charge extra if you need maintenance on any appliances after 6 months. This was something new to us that we had never experienced in a lease before.

I enjoy living at Main Line Court. It’s a great location at a reasonable price.

Management allows smokers to smoke on the property… but chose to fine a non smoking family for smoking. The management’s evidence was a tenant who smokes themselves, who I’ve turned in for smoking … then the tenant hit my car with eggs over 1/2 dozen x’s And management did nothing to this tenant who smokes 10’ from the manament apt… but they fined a non smoker when there was clearly no smoking
