Conveniently located on the West End of Allentown, with many everyday necessities within walking distance, including a laundromat, pizza shop, supermarket, elementary school, middle school, high school, and public transportation. Parking is currently on-street. In the near future, garage parking with limited storage may become available to a responsible tenant, subject to a separate agreement.
