We’ve lived here 9 years and love the solid construction and efficient layout of our home. The townhouse is sturdy and well soundproofed. When something goes wrong, having maintenance included is great, especially for disabled folks like me who may not be able to fix things on their own.

We’ve lived here for 8 years and love it. I’ve always thought the value for what we pay was great because the houses are well insulated, which makes the electric heating and cooling very affordable. I had to dock a star for maintenance just because we’ve had to wait a long time for some repairs due to staffing issues, which could be partly due to the widespread employee shortage of recent years. The included lawn care and snow removal along with maintenance make for hands-off living, which is especially great for those of us who are not able to do those things ourselves. The location is beautiful, convenient, and not too noisy considering all the homes and apartments around. We love living here!

We’ve lived here eight years and love it. The small townhomes are well insulated, which really helps with heating and cooling costs. Living here is very low-upkeep because the friendly maintenance folks fix pretty much everything, and lawn care and snow removal are taken care of. The house itself has a great layout; there is no wasted space. We don’t want to move until it’s time to become homeowners!

I’ve lived here with my husband and we love it. Our small townhouse is well built and well insulated. Your rent covers complete maintenance. For example, if your washer or dryer breaks down, they will replace it quickly. They do all the lawn care and snow removal. If you’re like us and don’t have the time or ability to keep up with repairs and maintenance, you’ll love it here. The Ephrata rail trail is right outside of our house. Most of the time we like the easy access, but every now and then people on the trail stare at residents. It’s annoying but doesn’t ruin living here. The trail has even slowed down some of the traffic on Fulton street.
