The apartment managers constantly changed so its incredibly frustrating when issues arise they are nice but its annoying hearing that its not their fault the last person before them is at fault. I dont like having to constantly be the one to make sure everythings okay with my lease and all that stuff and have anxiety about it constantly because i hear different things from different people. Im sure when it calms down it will be fine but its stressful having a lot of change all the time and not beinf sure whats being told to the new person if anything. The new amenities are really nice though i would take the hot tub off thewebsite so people dont get dissappinted but the pool looks way better and is acctually nice to go to now and so is the gym. The loction as always is nice and convenient and i like that its really quiet. The ground maintenance does a really good job like the grass ks always nice but honestly you probably should have more maintenance in the stairwell especially since its a pet friendly apartment.

Going on 6 years … i love my apartment and the location. Utilities seem high for a single, senior citizen woman. My only worry is that my apartment may become unaffordable.

THE MAINTENACE HERE IS SO FAST. HE WAS AT MY DOOR WITHIN 5 MINUTE OF MY REQUEST, WOW, THATS CRAZY FAST!! SAME WITH THE MANAGER, SHE EMAILED ME BACK WITHIN MINUTES THEY HAD RECEIVED MY REQUEST AND HE WAS ON HIS WAY. IMPRESSIVE, I LOVE IT HERE ALREADY.

My experience has been pretty good. I've lived here for 3.5 years. The property could be kept cleaner. The landscaping could be better. I would recommend it based on location.
