I've lived here for just about 4 years, and love the area. I can barely hear Hwy. 99, which is only a short distance away. The top apartments are spacious and comfortable. The central air is a bonus. Being older I don't need the extra expense of paying for amenities that I'd never use, so this is a perfect place for those who feel the same. The top townhouses are rarely vacant (for obvious reasons) so if one opens up, grab it, as they go fast.

Parking spots are too narrow. Rent is expensive. Good place overall tho

Was a nice place to live overall, there are many places to walk my dog and I felt safe in the parking lot at all times. Only thing that bugged me is that you can hear the neighbors above, but it’s a construction issue not a neighbor issue. I’m sure this will rent quickly, it’s a cute little apartment with all the conveniences.

The apartments are nice and cozy, I love the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, but the appliance is pretty noisy. Lots of little things break easily, not much of a view, but it is in a good area surrounded by eating places, two grocery stores, and medical office buildings. Very close to a main artery road with a bus line that runs pretty late. The price could be a little less for what you get since you don't have an amenity like a swimming pool, a gym, or park like other surrounding apartment complexes.
