Great first apartment

The walls are decently thick and block most noise, unless your neighbors are throwing a party. The security doesn't do much though, they never stop insanely loud parties and there have been teenagers climbing up fire escapes from the ground. Overall though this place is in a great location and if you can get a job in the area you'll never need to take a bus or drive to work again (which is amazing!) The office staff are very nice and helpful, and if it's your first time renting they will help walk you through things. Overall this apartment is pretty nice, if you ask me, if your neighbors are extra loud at night though bring it up with the office cuz the security team doesn't do much.

Unique Space

The space was a good price compared to other places I toured. The staff is very friendly and is ontop of any requests that are made. The building is older, so there is no airconditioning and the plumbing is old. It is in a very safe neighborhood and close to washington park and lots of restaurants and cafes. Also very acessible to bus stops and the max. Also very pet friendly and no pet fees!
