lots of paint

i love my apartment but it does seem like its falling apart. since i moved in, many areas of paint have already chipped off and there are many pre-existing damages to the floor. one of my (2) bathroom doors is very hard to fully close, and a closet door in my kitchrn doesn’t actually close at all. i had to rig it with a tack and rubber band to keep it closed now. when i asked for screens for my windows, they provided me with tiny janky ones even though my neighbor has full-sized ones for their windows? my biggest complaint is that i pay a lot for heat and cable when i don’t use either because my apartment is always warm and i don’t have a tv to use the cable for. other than these things, the apartment is beautiful and the area is fairly quiet. feels pretty safe i’d say.

We have lived here almost 6 months. The neighbors are nice. Maintenance responds very quickly and is so nice!

Great Maintenance!

I submitted a request to repair a toilet problem. The time window that I asked for was one week. Much to my delight, the job was complete in 1 day! Also, they replaced my toilet leaving me with an improved bathroom. Thanks Harsch! John-E.
