Why Renters Love It Here
Truck driver
Well staff is nowhere on site unless they have to be here from what i understand which allows strangers to come in and out off the street while there's no one here monitoring the property ! In comparison to management that was here before whom you could guarantee that someone would be there in the lobby it feels strange not having someone onsite making sure homeless people aren't invading the property and delivery packages are secured which is major plus ! Lastly , it appears utilities have been overcharged by Mngr. Wallace whom recently threw in the towel and left a big mess with a bunch of discrepancies in the utilities that now I'm stuck with paying almost 100 dollars over of what i normally pay and still in the process of addressing it with current mngr but still cannot get a solution or response on it which would just leave me no other choice but go to the next chain of command if i can't get it resolved at their level here pretty soon ! Its basic math guys , i normally pay a little over a hundred for a small micro but when i just miss one month due to past mngrs error which is just 30 days it is excessive when now you wanna charge me 198 dollars which is quite a bit of a difference of what i normally pay !
Beautiful property
Nice place to live! Has a beautiful view from room windows. Everything is updated and new. The lobby and hallways have a nice lounge area for you to hang out and feels very welcoming ! There's also a cafe underneath the nomad and as well the max station right in front which makes it very convenient to run errands and make life easier! Over all i would say for a first time renter this has to be a great experience the staff/property management is super nice and is great at communicating with everyone!
Decent place to live
I wish we would have onsite property management again. There was a lapse in sercuirty here when tne previous management left. There isnt a sense of community here. It would be nice to get little free things or know that our managment cares about us as people

Review of Nomad Apartments
The Nomad Apartments are a decent bang for your buck. They have what you need: in-unit laundry machines, dishwashers, small gym, some covered parking, etc. However, I say decent bang for your buck as I personally have/had higher expectations. Writing this, we just transitioned to a new PM group, so hopefully things get better. However, under the previous PM--SILO--there was a very bumpy move in experience from our A/C not working, I don't believe our heat even works, our balcony needed maintenance done to it that dragged on for 2-3 months after move-in with crews needing to come in and out of our apartment. It took like 3 months to get keys to our mailbox, and there are other smaller items that haven't made it the most pleasant living experience. I would definitely say their in-unit W/Ds are also not too good as they're very small and limit how much you can do in a single cycle. Above the cons, it's a pretty nice building overall, cool 6th floor communal balcony, stays fairly clean, the staff were nice at least, and the coffee shop, La Perlita, downstairs is a great shop to have right down below if you're a coffee lover. Diverse and laid back community of tenants as well.
