I’ve lived here for just over three years. In that time I’ve had three different maintenance people. Michael is outstanding! The building looks good all the time now and he is attentive and ready to help with any issue, big or small. He is also very friendly and kind. So grateful to have him!

Nice, standard apartments
These apartments are nice, but average in many ways compared to most apartments in the area. Nothing special in terms of amenities, and nearby construction has caused excess noise, but the staff is great and it's in a good location. Overall, a good value and you get what you pay for. Would live here again.

Negligent ownership
Revolving door of managers, owned by absentee landlords based out of state. Parking matrix constantly breaking down, Anytime there's an update from management I expect the outcome to be the opposite of whatever they say will happen. They don't wash the windows, take care of the landscaping, provide upkeep to the appliances, or any assistance if you're locked out of your apartment. Last year there was a catastrophic fire that resulted in 4 units being deemed uninhabitable.

Garbage disposal needs to be addressed
Garbage situation needs to be taken care of. Always over flowing so can’t even throw your garbage away. This includes the recycling

No A/C is a deal breaker and the walls are far too thin
The title says it all. For how much people are spending, those are two dealbreakers. Staff is great tho!
