Great place to live
I have been living at vista for over 2 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff has always been super friendly and maintenance very prompt. I can only really hear my neighbors, above or beside me, if they're being excessively loud, which rarely happens. The location is really fantastic

Bully tactics
Threatened eviction twice, and misrepresented law, despite being aware of my employment status that triggers an exception under ORS 90.222(8). Placed me in the stressful and traumatic position of obtaining a service (at a cost) that they had no legal right to ask me obtain/prove, or thinking I would lose the residence for me and my three boys. Finally acknowledged I was correct, but not before several threats/misrepresentations, and not until I started requesting numerous rules and regulations pertaining to the premises. I believe they would treat you in the same manner. Buyer beware.
