For the location, pretty nice place

Living in the downtown core can be less than fun, at times, but Maurice Dear is a comfortable spot to lay your head. Laundry onsite, close to 3 grocery stores, close to transit lines and responsive maintenance people make for convenience of location plus never having to worry about something leaking or being messed up for very long. I enjoy living here.

Its not bad. I dont like my window view but honestly its a pmgood apartment no complaints really. Except my neighbor tried to steal my graff pen.

Good location, Great staff

The staff is super responsive and friendly in all the interactions I've had with them. The location is great...35 minute walk to the rose garden/Washington Park, near major transit lines, great restaurants, on the edge of downtown, near great entertainment venues and has laundry facilities on site. Glad ive had the opportunity to rent here.
