Linc 301: Interesting People live here... all pretty nice!

I have only lived here for 3 months. The facilities and amenities are pretty awesome. Spa, gym and sauna are definitelly a blessing. The people that one meets on the elevetor are pretty interesting and always fun to talk to. The management takes some time to accomplish things, but they alwasy get the things done right. Overall a quite pleassurable experience!

Perfect Location!

The price and location of the Linc can’t be beat. Right next to the property is the Max stop, bus stop and a short walk sown the 3rd St pathway is the Streetcar. Also close proximity to I-5 & I-84. The apartments are well maintained and very quiet. I can’t hear any noise from my neighbors unless i step out into the hall! The Amazon package lockers in the garage are so convenient. The only negative is the shared laundry as lately people are leaving their clothes in the dryers well after the cycle has ended.
