my opinion

Ive lived here several years and my opinion is the service has gone down hill. I don't remember the last time I saw the office open and not even sure there is an on site manager. I am still waiting for a maintience request done after making three requests for the same thing

Pretty quiet but lots of noisy kids.

The location is pretty good and very little traffic noise. However, it is hard to get ahold of maintenance as they are only available during work hours. Lots of noisy kids playing in parking lot in the afternoons and at foot of steps. Neighbors slamming doors which makes my living room walls shake.
