Great option for starters!

If you're looking for an option for your first time living alone, this is a great spot. It's off the MAX line, next to i5, and plenty of nearby bars/restaurants. Definitely easy to live here and the neighbors I've met are great.

Parking is becoming ridiculous. I've had mail stolen. No outdoor area. But love being Inside my apartment.
