This offers incredible convenience to our residents who move in and want itnernet immedietly. Simply call to activiate your internet, 150 mbs download speed with the option to upgrade, and you're set! No need to schedule a time and wait for a technician to come out to get you connected.

As if convenience wasn't enough, there's great savings as well! This service is $28/mo for residents, paid in additon to rent, and is significantly lower than what you'd pay if you were getting internet on your own.
