From being put out of our home for days due to the unpreparedness of the complex for the winter(pipes freezing and bursting and toilets and sinks overflowing), to water heater issues that lasted MONTHS leaving units without any hot water, to the extremely loud constant fire alarms sounding due to unorganized testing multiple times, as well as faulty fire alarm systems(waking us up the night before a work day at 3am or so), I can confidently say this place has PUT IN THE WORK to *EARN* this one star review. It is important to note that the staff is wonderful and we are grateful for the staff as they don’t have any say in what the complex owners decide to do or how they respond to situations. The staff having to deal with the complaints from tenants because of the unpreparedness and cheap, money oriented owners’ is probably an explanation as to why we see new staff come and go. I hope for their sake, and future tenants’ sake, the owners decide to make a change; it doesn’t seem like they will.
not bad!
Studio layouts feel like a one bedroom, lots of storage and open space. AC has held up in heat waves. Not many issues other than water shutoffs in freezing weather. Otherwise just fine!
Good place to live
Great neighborhood although the construction around the area makes things pretty noisy 6 days a week. Staff is friendly, maintenance is timely and easy to work with.
Good location, nice people
Lived here for 2 years and everybody was very nice. Maintenance staff was generally good, with a couple of small communications snafus. Location is generally great, although the Red Cross building across the street has had spotlights shining at the building on and off for 6 months or so. That seems to have stopped for now, at least.
Review
Been here just over a year. No major complaints, quiet space, friendly people. Have always felt safe. Some quirky things but nothing intolerable.
