For a different state

I really like liveing near the water qe are so close to the riverr and the creek is just a stone throw away. I do wish the parking was a bit more controlled.

Miramonte Lodge

This is a beautiful property, lovely garden/forest like grounds, nice dog park, pool, deck and fitness center. There is a BBQ pit that hasn't had propane, but it's a nice BBQ. Very quiet complex, although kids or someone keeps vandalizing the fitness center getting it closed, which is annoying. There are some not so savory tenants with a LOT of sketchy foot traffic - but other than that the majority of the tenants are chill. The rent also gets increased annually at least $100 - $200+ - no new amenities just an increase in rent.

New Oregon Life

I can’t say enough about the view of my back patio. We have had visitors from Denver twice now and they love it too. Just yesterday we had a visitor in town and we saw a river otter just out the back door it was amazing. Also it’s very nice to be able to take my dog out to the dog park and let her off leash. The dog park and all the green grass area are always kept so nice and clean. Really happy that our move across the country brought us here.

Maintenance staff is absolutely amazing!

Maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. Every request is done promptly. I understand this is an older building and things come up, but the fact that my requests are always taken care of right away really makes a difference. The front desk staff is always really accommodating as well. Only thing I would change is the parking, there is enough but the spaces are really tight. I can appreciate the effort in trying to accomodate so many units.
